Introduction:
McDonalds is one of the largest fast food chains which has going through its operations in almost 119 countries. It serves almost 58 million people every day in almost 33,000 restaurants all over the world (McDonald’s 2009). It was started in 1940 by the two brothers Dick and Mac McDonalds in San Bernardino, California. McDonalds was first filed for a U.S. trademark on the name of McDonalds on May 4, 1961. In 1961, Ray Kroc paid $2.7 million for acquiring all the rights of McDonalds. Growth of McDonalds was done in such a high speed that in 1963, McDonalds reaches a mark of 500 restaurants. First international McDonalds’ was opened in Canada and since then McDonalds never looked back. As the time passed McDonalds expanded itself into many international markets and now the company has become a globalized company with a symbol which spread the way of life of Americans.
