Cost reduction and quality products: Disney are running their business on strategies of Steve jobs and his one of the main objective is to create and work in small teams rather than the big teams. So it can be seen in future that there may be some employment reduction in Disney staff which will reduce the cost of the company. With less cost and more talented staff the product will be much better in quality and will be a success. We can say that Disney will produce just one movie in a year by which Disney can focus more on the quality of their movie so that the animators and techno logistics can keep their focus on a single product.
Through Media convergence Disney will be benefitted as they can sell their product through a new medium that is through Apple’s different products such as Apple IPod’s. Using internet as a source they can give video on demand facility to reach the targeted audiences directly.
